Trust – how important is it?

On April 10, Annette Runsteen will visit the club and talk about  Trust – how important is it?

Trust is a popular topic of conversation in companies, organizations and working life. But what is trust all about? And what does trust really mean? For leadership? For the organization? What happens if trust is lacking? And what is required to create trust? We look at examples throughout history, learn the components of trust and also have the opportunity to reflect on trust in the context in which we ourselves exist.

Annette Runsteen is a behavioral scientist and civil engineer. She has worked as a manager in an international environment for many years. For the past 15 years, she has worked as a consultant with leadership development, management supervision and coaching. She also helps teams increase their efficiency and provides support in change management and conflict management.
